Is there an academic program providing a certification or masters in pension fund management?

I want to find a program in and around Los Angeles/Thousand Oaks to learn about being a fund manager.

1. Pension fund managers are typically CFAs (Certified Financial Analysts). (You take a series of highly technical exams to get this credential) Or a least CPAs. The people who determine the liabilites are actuaries who take a different series of exams. Go to www.soa.org to see what an actuary does.
