can i pull pension contributions out of the boilermakers pension fund as well as the pipefitters union pension?

i was previously a pipefitters union member with contributions of approx. 22000.left the local 3 years ago. was never a memder of the boilermakers but do have approx.7000 in contruibutions in my name. i would like to transfer them into another fund of my own.

If you are not a vested member of the boilermakers pension fund it is not even your $$$ yet and to be vested you need 5 years, of at least 1,000 hours per year to become vested. even if vested you can not pull $$$ out till you are 65 or take a early retirement age 58 with 42,000 hours worked without a penalty,pensions are not 401K'S the $$$ is not yours till you are vested until then it stays in the fund.I would bet the fitters is the same or close to boilermakers for vesting plus some unions have a clause if you leave the trade before vested you lose all $$$$
